The site is basically my ideas and concepts into every area I focus in. It is really about the journey and the lessons I have learnt and am learning along the way and how you can use them to further your life.
This was my primary aim with the site as I thought it was a great place for me to be able to keep working in just one area. However, I thought the real primary value of the site was in the creation of a Mastermind Group, a support network of like minded abundant thinkers, each having various different skill sets that they would bring to the party.
My primary job would be to provide an environment where people could grow and develop this is in place and working. We occasionally start to get negativity build up, and if you notice it please do not hesitate to contact me as I will be happy to go and sort it out. Usually this is just a simple misunderstanding or a poor choice of words.
So my main policing job is to be the voice of reason in these areas.
I will not be filling up the site with content that I have scrapped from other sites. There will be times I will use other peoples content when I feel they have done it better or as good as I would have done, but in the main say approx 95% will be me.
The advantage with that is that the information you'll find here will be practical knowledge that has worked for me in my varied business interests. It will not be theory just things that I have found to work and how I have improved on their application and understanding.
The problem is that as it's coming from me then the addition of information will not be very fast. With all my other business interests, I write about one thousand words a day and I create the tools I use along the way as well. So I will not be suddenly uploading information to a section in any vast quantity, I will simply be adding information when each part is ready.
I will be developing all sections one at a time with occasional additions in other areas as they come across my path.
My intention for the future of the site is I will be writing in all areas of my interests. In those where I have a certain level of expertise such as Property Investing I will be writing a book. Each section will be developed to a certain level then added to when new content comes along.
All of our marketing has been focused on using the book to generate interest in the membership site. In time we will start to generate interest from other areas as sections start to be completed, such as Personal Development or Part time businesses. The idea is to bring people in from various different wealth creating niches and expose them to other areas that will help their development. Then at the same time use the personal development section to help people focus on going from where they are now to wherever they chose to go.
This is the order of site construction from my point of view regarding content and this is how I currently view the priority list
Property Investing & Creative Finance
- Put up all of the tools and sections mentioned in the book
- Ongoing updates for all relevant areas that change monthly/weekly
Personal Development
- Turn the personal development tools I created for myself into a series of tools that can help people go from where they are now to where they chose to go
- Ongoing development of these tools and additional items as this starts to really empower people
Business
- Start demonstrating small business ventures that are part time work but can create full time income (Will be done at the same time as web business)
Web Business
- Start demonstrating small business ventures that are part time work but can create full time income (Will be done at the same time as business)
The remaining sections are of less a priority to me at the moment as they are sections where we only have minor interest on the site. I will be adding articles into them as I want to or when someone sends me useful info to add. However, the main goal for now is to get people just buying one property. Then getting the personal development area working which will quickly be followed by the Business and Web Business sections or cash machines as I call them.
I hope that gives you an insight into what is planned and why things may take a little longer but should be very worthwhile when they come along
